The Shareholders of the Mutual Guarantee for Managers “GMC”, Insurance Company in the form of a Limited Company with Board of Directors, meeting in Extraordinary General Meetings at the headquarters of the company in Douala on May 15 and June 5, 2019 have decided to increase the share capital by the amount of FCFA 1,514,610,000 (one billion five hundred and fourteen million six hundred and ten thousand) in order to bring it from FCFA 2,176,000,000 (two billion one hundred and seventy-six million) to the amount of FCFA 3,690,610,000 (three billion six hundred and ninety million six hundred and ten thousand).
